As a strategic consultant with Powerhive, I conducted a broad scope market analysis to explore the potential for establishing community-owned and -run solar power infrastructure in rural, off-grid communities in Botswana.

For the project, I designed a collaborative process that leveraged local expertise and knowledge to streamline our research and integrate existing community infrastructure into the analysis. The journey culminated in a need-finding trip through Botswana’s southeastern rural communities.
